Athletic Background
Summary of Career and Accomplishments
I played all four years of high school basketball and was team captain for two of them. As the number one leading scorer for my team, I earned a couple of D3 offers. Now, I’m here to help you take your game to the next level!
With coaching experience at various levels—Freshman Girls at Woodbury High School, 8th grade AAU with Minnesota Heat, and 5th-10th grade YMCA Boys—I focus on building confidence, improving weaknesses, and teaching how to perform under pressure.
What I Offer:
Personalized Training Plans: Target areas where you struggle, not just your strengths.
Mindset & Leadership Development: Learn how to lead and stay focused on and off the court.
Game-Ready Skills: Build the tools to thrive in high-pressure situations.
Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
In high school, my coach Ashley pushed me harder than I thought I could handle. The conditioning was tough, but it made me want to outwork everyone I played against. More importantly, she made me believe in myself—and that’s the same energy I bring as a coach. I focus on building confidence, improving weaknesses, and helping players thrive under pressure. Let’s work together to unlock your potential!
What should athletes and parents know about you?
I bring energy, positivity, and a focus on fun to every training session. Basketball should be something you enjoy, not just a game you play. I work to understand why you love the game because that passion drives your success. Together, we’ll build confidence, improve your skills, and help you thrive under pressure—all while making sure you have fun and stay motivated. Let’s unlock your potential!

How can you help someone improve their game?
I help players improve by focusing on skills like ball handling, shooting form, passing, and defensive footwork. I also emphasize game awareness, agility, and stamina. Mental toughness and confidence are key, so I run pressure situations to build decision-making under stress. Teamwork and communication are crucial too, so I teach effective plays, screens, and being vocal on the court. My training is all about improving skills while keeping it fun and motivating.
What does a typical training session look like?
We’ll start by checking in on how the player is feeling and their goals for the session. After stretching, we’ll work on form shooting to ensure good mechanics. Then, I’ll assess their skills and focus on areas for improvement. We’ll move into dribbling drills for ball control, followed by some conditioning to build endurance. Contact drills will help simulate game situations, and we’ll finish with shooting drills to improve accuracy and consistency. The goal is to improve skills while keeping things fun and engaging.
