Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
Wes Choate.
Growing up I always had great coaches., but Choate stood out because he cared for his players, especially our development.
For the two years he was my coach I learned so much more about the game and what it comes with. From personal accomplishments to the brotherhood you create on and off the field. He pushed us to become better than we actually thought. He gave our team hope and confidence because we had a coach who cared.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
I am someone who is fiery and passionate about football. Football is the sport I grew up to play and love. The reason why I want to give back to the younger athletes because I was given many opportunities to attend speed/agility camps as a young athlete. I want to give kids a higher chance to excel in their sport by developing simple to advance sports fundamentals. I have trained a few clients these past years and watching the self growth and progress is rewarding. Expect a coach who cares and will push your child to become better when they first started.

How can you help someone improve their game?
By focusing on tendencies and muscle repetition. The more we do drills and repeat the movements. it'll translate to the game which will trigger muscle memory. During sessions, I strengthen the legs and work on explosiveness which will increase the players speed. I have drills with the use of tennis balls to help with hand-eye coordination, Strengthen the core to improve balance within the player, and footwork drills to be more light and elusive on your feet.
What does a typical training session look like?
First 10-15 minutes is a stretch and warmup. I have a set of ladders(plus cones) to get our footwork going for another 10-15 minutes. The drills after depends on what Im focusing on that day with a certain player or players. it can be drills focused on speed and agility. Drills that focus on hand-eye coordination. it really just depends what we set our focus on for the player. As the session progresses, I turn up the intensity. We finish the session with high energy. Wrap it up, go home.
