Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
Nicknamed, "R Dub", he was my coach when I played travel ball with Stanford Jr Cardinals. He was a hard coach, I will admit, but his dedication to the game and eye for small details is what really helped me and my skills growing up.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
I am a free-flowing person! I am more than willing to work with you and your schedules. I love the game of baseball and want to spread that love that I have for the game to others!

How can you help someone improve their game?
I really work on all things mechanics. I really emphasize using the big muscles in the body to gain velocity and control. This also really helps take your arm out of the throwing motion more, making it so you can go deeper into games.
What does a typical training session look like?
A typical session usually will consist of: 1) Dynamic Warm-ups and Stretches 2) Throwing to get loose 3) Long Toss (pull downs) to strengthen arm 4) running and workouts 4) Bullpen Session During this time I will also be taking notes and observing to see what will best suit your sessions moving forward (ie. workouts, throwing programs, and/or mechanical changes)
