How can you help someone improve their game?
First of all, the goal is to get to know the individual first as a person and individual goals. Then, I can focus on building a competitive student-athlete (Mentally and Physically).
What does a typical training session look like?
Meet and greet then discuss the student-athlete areas of focus. Once I gather their areas of focus. I will devise a practice plan to execute. Generally, I like to focus on ball handling drills, shooting drills, defense drills, conditioning drills, defensive and offensive strategies. I will also discuss mental skills techniques and what they entails.
