Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
My best coach is my mother because without her life experience and guidance in my life, I would not be down this path. The best coach is the one that wants to see your life succeed among the possibilities.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
I believe the only thing to know as an athlete should be, perfect execution for any circumstance. Along with key levels of self awareness, knowledge, and true effort, thought becomes action.
Coaching Background
Summary of Coaching Background
As a younger individual myself, my coaching experience doesn't go as deep as someone else with decades of experience. Being surrounded by hundreds of coaches my entire life I get the idea. Yet I can still rely on my years of informally guiding and teaching people the proper and unproper ways of athleticism. My family and friends as well as anyone that has asked me for help, all appreciate my knowledge and effort into explaining technical body mechanics and sport related ideas.
How can you help someone improve their game?
The single handedly best way to improve an athletes game is to improve perception of that game. I would do everything in my power, to drastically increase the level of confidence, power, agility, strength, and unique abilities.
Every single athlete has potential and talent that needs to be curated by the finest minds willing to share their own techniques.
What does a typical training session look like?
Old school raw work ethic to be cooked by the finest chef (ME). My sessions aren't typical as I go beyond the standard way of training. It's an unorthodox style that focuses on creating an entirely new headspace and perception of body mechanics in comparison to the sport. An idea I like to propose is that, any workout relating to sports has to be altered and taught, in such a way, that causes an intimate connection of the mind/spirit and physical body and surroundings. My sessions are not linear and grow with you, resulting in an anti-stagnation mindset. Forcing adaptation is easier than telling someone they can't do it.
