Amanda Hart is a seasoned certified trainer and nutritionist (NASM, PN1) with 16 years of experience, known for her holistic approach to health that integrates strength training, sustainable routines, biohacking, and nervous system support. Beyond her certifications and experience, Amanda brings a unique understanding of athletic performance, stemming from her own experiences as a Division I cross country and track athlete, where she served as team captain. This experience informs her coaching philosophy, allowing her to connect with athletes on a deeper level and provide targeted training for sport-specific goals, injury recovery, and overall performance enhancement. Whether working with clients online or in person, Amanda's focus is on delivering personalized attention and driving significant results by addressing the interconnectedness of physical and mental well-being.

How I can help you improve your game:

First, we're going to figure out exactly where you're feeling stuck. Is it speed, strength, strategy, or maybe even just staying focused when the pressure's on?

Once we know that, we'll set some goals that are going to push you, but also feel totally achievable. Then comes the fun part: I'll design a training plan that's all about YOU. We're talking drills and exercises that target your weaknesses, but also build on your strengths.

I'll be there every step of the way, giving you feedback that's honest but always encouraging. We'll work on the mental game too – learning how to stay calm and confident, even when things get tough. And of course, we'll make sure your body is in peak condition, ready to crush it.

The key is to see challenges as chances to grow, and to enjoy the process. I’m here to guide, push and always support.

What a typical training session looks like with me:

First off, no two sessions are exactly the same because everything is tailored to YOU and your specific goals. But here's a general idea:

We always start with a check-in. I want to know how you're feeling, both physically and mentally. Did you sleep well? Any soreness or nagging injuries? This helps me adjust the session on the fly if needed.

Next, we'll warm up. This isn't just some generic stretching – it's dynamic movement designed to get your body prepped for what we're about to do. Think mobility work, activation exercises, and maybe some light cardio to get the blood flowing.

Then comes the meat of the session: the workout itself. This could involve strength training with weights, bodyweight exercises, sport-specific drills, or a combination of all three. I'll be right there with you, demonstrating proper form, offering encouragement, and making sure you're pushing yourself safely.

Throughout the session, I'll be incorporating functional movements geared specifically to YOU and your needs. The focus can be on strength, speed, agility, you name it. Whatever you need, I’ll have you covered.

Finally, we'll cool down with some static stretching and maybe a little foam rolling to help your muscles recover. And of course, we'll wrap up by discussing your progress, setting goals for the next session, and addressing any questions or concerns you might have. I like to assign homework sometimes too.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.

The AU guarantee (refund policy) has you covered! If you determine the coach isn't a good fit after your first lesson, let us know within 24 hours and you're eligible for a refund. We will also be happy to recommend another coach - be sure to contact our support team.
