Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
I've had many great coaches. One that influenced me the most was Coach Silvoy, my receiver coach at Florida Tech. He always emphasized the small technical details during practice drills and explained how certain technique carried over to games.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
I enjoy paying forward the knowledge that was given to me as I progressed through higher levels of competition. I guarantee my clients will leave each session with a stronger foundation that they can build on for as long as they play.
