Sarah is a residency trained sports physical therapist with experience in roles ranging from sports physical therapy and performance to strength and conditioning, with a passion to bridge the gap between rehabilitation, return to sport, and elite performance. Sarah received her Doctorate in Physical therapy from the University of Mary in 2022 and concluded with her Sports Residency at the University of North Dakota in June 2023, she is now a physical therapist specializing with professional, collegiate, and high school athletes in Las Vegas, Nevada. Sarah has worked as an EMS educator and gymnastics coach since 2015 and she holds numerous certifications, including but not limited to SCS, CSCS, Cert DN, EMR, Level 1 CCI, and BLS. Personally, Sarah is fascinated by the way the body moves both functionally and scientifically. Through her 16 years as a gymnast, collegiate rugby career, and current boxing career, she relates closely with those she treats. I have been an athlete since the age of 3, driven by a passion for competition and the pursuit of excellence. My journey began with 16 years of gymnastics, where I honed my discipline, strength, and focus, earning podium finishes at the state level three years in a row. Transitioning to rugby in college, I embraced the team dynamic, serving as captain for two of my four years and leading my squad to regionals my senior season with determination and resilience.

Currently, I am channeling my athletic experience into amateur boxing, where I have found a new arena to challenge myself. With hard work and unwavering commitment, I am preparing to step into the professional boxing world, debuting in summer 2025 in Las Vegas. My athletic journey is a testament to my dedication and adaptability, and I am excited to keep pushing boundaries in my career.

In addition, I have 3 years of experience as a sports-specialized physical therapist, allowing me to integrate advanced knowledge of biomechanics and injury prevention into my coaching. My goal is to help athletes thrive by blending expertise, passion, and a commitment to their success.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
