2012-2013-(Tuscarora High) Maryland 3A 110m hurdles and 300m hurdle State Champion. Washington Post and Frederick News Paper Track Athlete of the Year. Frederick Athlete of the Week.

Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
Beyond his technical expertise, Coach Ronnie Beard was a master of psychology. He understood the importance of mental toughness and instilled in me the belief that I could overcome any obstacle. Through personalized encouragement and constructive criticism. Coach Beard helped me develop mental resilience needed to succeed.
