Train with me because I'm a rising Junior that currently plays at Tufts University. We are 2024 DIII National Champions, 2023 National Finalists, and 2023 NESCAC Champions. My record at Tufts is 40-4. I went to Darien High School two years, then Kent Boarding School the rest until Tufts. I was a three sport athlete in high school: I received my school's 3 Sport Athlete Award Recipient (in Lacrosse, Soccer, & Basketball), Varsity Lacrosse Captain (Academic All-American in the Founders League), Varsity Soccer (1st Team All Founders League for Center-Back), and Varsity Basketball. Furthermore, I'm a young, excited lacrosse coach who loves the sport, and I'm sure I can put the same passion and love for the sport into your child when playing. Your child will not only get better, but also enjoy the process which is the most important part.

A typical session with me will truly depend on how advanced the kid is. I'm comfortable developing younger kids to catch & throw all the way up in high school, hoping to get recruited. Depending on how old you are/where I think he/she needs improvement, that is where I will focus my attention.
I usually have hour-long sessions, but I am willing to go shorter or longer. The first 10 minutes will be to get warm - some dynamic stretching to get the kid moving. After that, I will get into some catching/ground balls for around 15 minutes. Then, 10-15 minutes of agility ladders if they are old enough. Furthermore, close it out with 20 minutes of shooting from different parts of the field.
I have been coaching younger kids from kindergarten to junior year of high school for about two years now.
The best coach I've ever had is my current head coach at Tufts University. This is because Coach D understands what it takes to get to the level that all teenagers want to get to, which is, of course, college lacrosse. Playing for him, you understand who you are playing for and the purpose of all the little things the program does to achieve our common goal of a national championship. We put 35+ hours a week into accomplishing our goal, and that is through hard work, dedication, and with a smile on our faces. He's a great coach because he cares deeply about us and our goals as human beings and will do whatever it takes for us to be successful.
I was born in Indiana, moved to Colorado, where I started my lacrosse journey as young as 1st grade. I came to Darien in 4th grade and played at Darien until my sophomore year of high school. I'll be honest, I was never that good at Darien and was on the B team for a lot of middle school, I never made Varsity my first two years of high school. That's when I decided to give it a shot at Kent Boarding School. It was the best decision of my life. I had some great mentors who believed in me and thought I was good enough, even at points where I didn't believe. I built confidence in myself through those who believed, and I changed my habits. I started to wake up early and put in work before school, eat healthier, and maximize the day to get recruited. If you are a parent and you want your kid to get a good workout/session in, but also receive great advice that I received received growing up, then I am the guy for you.

We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
