As student athletes advance to higher levels of competition, the skill gaps between players dramatically shrinks, everyone is “good”. The higher the level of attainment triggers the subtleties of the sport to become a critical ingredient to continued growth and success. More than any other team sport, lacrosse requires the proper mechanics and techniques in order to be able to perform optimally in the heat of the battle and ensure game day success. A minuscule shift in mechanics often has a profound impact on player performance. My approach and curriculum will give your student athlete a distinct advantage in their development as a lacrosse player by focusing on the subtle nuances of lacrosse that are often overlooked by promising youth, middle school and high school players.

Currently, coach both recreational and club lacrosse programs in Florida and train student athletes from an array of middle school and high school programs from Miami to Jupiter. In addition, I frequently oversee an array of clinics, camps and evaluation events throughout Florida. The preceding clinics and camps and group training programs include Coach Mike Burnett who was a Coach at the University of North Carolina and Hall of Fame Player. Coach Burnett was named one of the Top 50 players in Atlantic Coast Conference lacrosse history and helped UNC capture two NCAA Division I National Championships. As a player he was four time All American and graduated as UNC’s third all-time leading scorer and second among UNC’s all-time assist leaders. Coach Burnett led the Tar Heels to four NCAA final four appearances and UNC lost only eight games during his playing days in Chapel Hill. He has placement of over 100 college student athletes at elite colleges and universities.
