Hello! My name is Connor and I have over 18 years of baseball playing experience with 5 of which being for high level travel ball organizations located all over the east coast. After playing, I then took my talents to create and build my own baseball team within the Lehigh Valley Men's League. That same team then went on to reach the playoffs for 4 years in a row and is still playing in the League to this day. I have a positive coaching style that is heavily based on having a good attitude and working hard. I personally believe that if a player is willing to show up and give those 2 things during a training session then sky's the limit!

By first seeing where they are at currently, and then figuring out where/how they can improve! Just like in life, I believe that no one should stop learning no matter where they are in their baseball/softball journey and the best way to improve is to go out and actually do it. Youtube can only get you so far! Lol, but all jokes aside I am not the type of coach to sit on a bucket of balls and throw soft toss for 2 hours and go on my phone every now and then. If someone is training with me they have my full undivided attention for whatever duration the training session is and we will make progress guaranteed!
A typical training session will vary based off skill and what the parent & player is looking to improve on. I don't like to call the shots or be narrowminded so I will first ask the player what he or she would like to improve on and then do my best to help them do it. However, some activities used to help players achieve athletic goals can include the following down below.
1. Front Toss
2. Side Toss
3. Regular BP
4. Live AB's
5. Fielding practice including many different fielding drills.
6. Proper stretches and warm ups to prevent injury or fatigue when training.
7. Mental Coaching to help with some of the challenges that come with playing the game at a high level.
Built, coached, and managed my own team within the Lehigh Valley Men's League for 4 years. Coached Connie Mac baseball for 2 years.
Such a great question. When I was 15 years old I played in the Connie Mac League and I played for a Coach named Ray Wazoluski . Ray was a special (crazy) coach in every way shape in form and unlike any coach I have ever had, but boy did he understand the game. I remember as a kid he always showed high emotion and passion for the game which at the ripe age of 68 was probably not an easy task. Ray always knew how to let us have fun, but also teach us the right way to win, and the right way how to play the game. I can say without a doubt that the memories I made with Ray and my teammates those seasons will be memories I wont forget for the rest of my life. Ray has unfortunately passed away since then and it will be 3 years ago since he died this April but his legacy will carry on with me forever.
That I am a person who loves the game & loves helping people improve even more. I also think I bring a more patient and positive aspect to how I teach which I have learned from the coaches that I've had in the past.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
The AU guarantee (refund policy) has you covered! If you determine the coach isn't a good fit after your first lesson, let us know within 24 hours and you're eligible for a refund. We will also be happy to recommend another coach - be sure to contact our support team.
Our coaches are open to helping athletes of any age and skill level. Please message your desired coach to ensure their skillset fits your needs.
