I’m 24 years old and just recently moved to Arlington Heights, IL. I love sports, have played essentially all of them at a high level (football, basketball, track, soccer, cross country, gymnastics.) I love working with people, and I’m a faith driven individual!
From the elite collegiate athlete to the beginner just stepping onto the field for the first time — I’ve had the privilege of developing them all. No matter where you are in your athletic journey, I will meet you there and take you further than you thought possible.
Through precision-driven speed development, strength training, and biomechanical refinement, I don’t just build better athletes, I build durable ones. My goal is simple: keep you healthy, keep you dominant, and keep you ahead of the competition.
A typical training session is built around one thing — speed.
Most athletes, from youth to college level, are undertrained in speed volume, power output, and movement mechanics. That’s the gap we close.
Each session runs 45–75 minutes of pure athletic development — no filler, no fluff. We attack acceleration, top-end velocity, change of direction, and the mechanics that make all of it sustainable and repeatable.
The work includes:

With a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Colorado State University (2025), my career has been forged at the highest levels of collegiate athletics. From serving as a Strength & Conditioning Coach at CSU Football to the sidelines of University of Arizona Football, I’ve trained and developed athletes at elite programs alongside elite people.
Now, as Director of Sports Performance & Operations at ETS Performance — one of the youngest directors in the organization’s history — I bring that same standard of excellence to every athlete I work with.
Best coach I ever had was the associate director of strength and speed at Colorado state university football. Coach Hislop taught me everything I needed for my foundations as a leader and coach.
I’m a sports performance director with collegiate strength and conditioning experience at Colorado State University and the University of Arizona, where I helped develop athletes for high-level football performance through speed, strength, power, and injury-reduction training.
I specialize in helping athletes ages 8–18 improve:

My coaching style is encouraging and motivational modeling after my favorite athlete: Drew Brees. It combines elite-level training principles with age-appropriate teaching, so athletes not only get better physically, but also learn how to move efficiently, train with purpose, and build confidence that transfers directly to their sport.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
