Hi! I’m a former college football player and current high school coach who’s passionate about helping athletes grow both on and off the field. I focus on the fundamentals, building confidence, and staying consistent, because that’s what really leads to improvement. I want athletes not just to get better, but to understand the game and feel confident in what they’re doing. I take pride in being someone athletes can relate to while still holding them to a high standard. Every session is designed to push them, support them, and keep them motivated. At the end of the day, my goal is simple: help athletes improve, build confidence, and actually enjoy the process. Cancellation Policy: I’m flexible and happy to adjust schedules with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled within 24 hours will be counted as completed. About Me:

I’m a former college football player and current high school coach who loves helping athletes get better and build confidence. Coaching has always come naturally to me, and I enjoy seeing athletes grow both on and off the field.

How I can help you improve your game:

When coaching a sport, I believe in starting from the bottom and working my way up. I will focus on technique first, then build from there. I can also build your strength, speed, and conditioning around it. I’ll help you clean up your fundamentals, move better, and play faster and more confidently.

What a typical training session looks like with me:

Sessions usually start with a quick warm-up, then we get into position-specific drills, technique work, and finish with competition or conditioning. Everything is structured and game-focused. In the weight room, we will tackle movements and lifts that target your specific sport and make you bigger, faster, and stronger.

Career summary and accomplishments:

I played college football at UMass Dartmouth and now coach at the high school level. I’ve been part of multiple successful programs and have helped develop athletes through both coaching and strength training. I have also had the privilege to travel around the country and coach some of the top athletes through organizations like USA Football

Best coach I ever had:

The best coach I ever had was my coach who recruited me coming out of high school. I started playing football very late in life, but I had the drive and passion for the game. My coach noticed me at a camp, and he gave me a shot to earn a spot on the roster. I thank him every day for the opportunity and for how much he pushed me.

I’m reliable, honest, and fully invested in every athlete I work with. I’ll push athletes to improve while keeping things positive and making sure they enjoy the process.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.

  • Easy rescheduling — Cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before a lesson, no questions asked.

  • Coach no-shows — You'll be fully credited and we'll help you find a replacement.

  • Flexible credits — Unused lessons last 12 months and can be used with any coach on the platform.
