I have a passion for sports, coaching, and helping athletes reach their potential.
Over the years, I've worked with athletes of various ages and skill levels through recreation departments, private instruction, youth sports organizations, camps, and after-school programs.
I currently teach pickleball and tennis in Westchester County and have experience coaching baseball, basketball, and youth sports development programs. As both a coach and educator, I enjoy breaking down complex skills into simple, actionable steps that athletes can immediately apply.
My goal is to create a positive, challenging, and supportive environment where athletes can improve their skills, build confidence, and develop a lifelong love of sports.
Every athlete has different strengths, weaknesses, and goals. I help athletes improve fundamentals, technique, footwork, decision-making, game awareness, strategy, and confidence under pressure.
Whether you're learning the basics, preparing for competition, improving consistency, or trying to break through a plateau, I create a customized plan designed around your specific needs.
My focus is not just on improvement during lessons, but on helping athletes develop habits and understanding that continue to pay off long after the session ends.
Each session begins with identifying goals and assessing where the athlete currently stands. From there, we focus on a combination of skill development, purposeful drills, game situations, and individualized feedback.
I believe athletes learn best when they understand why they're doing something, not just how. My sessions are energetic, engaging, and designed to translate directly to real-game performance. Athletes leave with a clear understanding of what they improved, what to continue working on, and how to keep progressing.
I currently teach pickleball and tennis throughout Westchester County and have coached athletes through recreation departments, private instruction, youth sports organizations, and after-school programs.
My experience includes group lessons, private coaching, clinics, youth development programs, and sports instruction across multiple disciplines. I have helped athletes improve technical skills, confidence, sportsmanship, and overall performance while creating positive and enjoyable learning environments.
Beyond coaching, my professional background in education, communication, and mentoring allows me to connect effectively with athletes and parents alike.
The best coach I ever had genuinely cared about his athletes as people first and competitors second. He pushed us to improve, held us accountable, and expected our best effort, but he also understood that confidence, trust, and enjoyment are essential parts of success.
He taught me that great coaching isn't just about developing skills—it's about helping athletes believe in themselves and creating an environment where they can thrive. That's a philosophy I try to bring into every lesson I teach.
Athletes and parents can expect professionalism, preparation, patience, and honest communication. I believe learning should be challenging, productive, and fun.
I take pride in building strong relationships with athletes while maintaining a positive and encouraging environment. Whether someone is brand new to a sport or striving to reach a higher level, my goal is to help them improve, gain confidence, and enjoy the process every step of the way.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
