Helping athletes and adults feel confident, handle pressure, and enjoy life
I’m a mental performance coach who works with athletes from elementary school through college, as well as adults to help them feel more confident, handle pressure, and stay focused when it matters most. Whether it’s competition, school, work, or everyday life, I help people develop practical mental skills they can use to perform better, navigate challenges, and enjoy the process along the way.
I help athletes improve their game by strengthening the mental side of performance. We work on skills like confidence, focus, composure, managing pressure, positive self-talk, goal setting, mindfulness, and bouncing back from mistakes. The goal is to help athletes stay present, trust their preparation, make better decisions under pressure, and perform more consistently when it matters most.
A typical session with me is conversational, supportive, and personalized. I coach with understanding, openness, honesty, and genuine care, creating an environment where clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable being themselves. I believe trust is the foundation of meaningful progress, so I take the time to understand what each client is experiencing before deciding what mental skill to work on.
Sessions are discussion-based and focused on getting to the root of what may be affecting performance. From there, we identify the mental skills that will have the greatest impact, such as confidence, focus, managing pressure, self-talk, or responding to mistakes. Each session is designed to give clients practical tools they can apply in competition, practice, school, work, and everyday life.
I am an experienced educator and coach with a background in athletic administration, physical education, and sport psychology. I served as an Athletic Director and Physical Education Teacher for two years, gaining valuable experience supporting athletes and students both on and off the field.
I earned my Master’s degree in Kinesiology with a focus in Exercise and Sport Psychology, developing a strong foundation in mental performance, motivation, confidence, focus, and performance development. Throughout college, I coached multiple elementary school basketball teams and later spent a year coaching high school baseball in Georgia before moving into the Athletic Director role.
My diverse experience working with athletes across different ages and levels has shaped my approach to coaching. I believe in building strong relationships through understanding, openness, honesty, and genuine care. My goal is to help athletes and individuals develop the mental and technical skills they need to grow, perform with confidence, and reach their potential.
The best coach I ever had was someone who made his players feel supported, valued, and believed in. He had a way of instilling confidence in each of us and helping us believe that we were capable of more than we sometimes believed ourselves. He challenged us to grow while always making sure we knew he had our backs.
That experience had a lasting impact on me. It showed me how powerful a coach can be when they genuinely believe in their athletes and take the time to build them up. It’s a big part of why I coach the way I do today. I want my clients to feel supported, heard, and confident in themselves while giving them the tools and guidance to continue growing.
My coaching style is built on understanding, openness, honesty, and genuine care. I want every client to feel heard, supported, and comfortable being themselves. I believe trust is the foundation of good coaching, and I take the time to understand each person before determining what they need to work on.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
