Why Train With Me?

For the past four years, I have worked as a private trainer for young soccer and lacrosse athletes, coordinating both 1-on-1 and group training. I also worked as a Seattle United Coach for two years developing players of ages 6-13. I have been able to work with young players of all abilities and motivation levels. I have loved helping each kid I worked with develop an appreciation for soccer and improve their skills.

How can you help someone improve their game?
I make training sessions fun and rewarding by incorporating agility training and game-realistic drills. I build my session around feedback from players and their families.
What does a typical training session look like?
A typical training session consists of a warm-up, agility work incorporating skills, passing drills, shooting technique, and a game realistic competition drill to finish.
