An important message I wish to teach any athlete that trains with me is, 'you can, and you will.' You can achieve any goal you truly put your mind to and give your effort. But with me, you will crush expectations and prove the haters wrong. My goal for you is to become unstoppable, even after training is done, so that the phrase "I can't" never exists again.

About Me:

Over the years of playing various sports, I have spent the most time in four. Four years and a Championship in competitive Swimming, four years in Flag Football, and two years in Track and Field with a Triathlon podium placement. However my most played sport, though not often considered, is paintball; with fifteen plus years of experience in the highly intense, demanding, and challenging games it produces.

In addittion to these, I served four years in the U.S. Army Airborne Infantry, resulting in multiple awards and a medal in a very athletically inclined environment.

How I can help you improve your game:

There are many ways that an athlete can up their game, from mental and emotional reinforcement to agility and nutritional strength training exercises. Each aspect of fitness is important, and I can motivate and nurture each athlete to their top potential through proper training, drills, and dynamic fitness plans to achieve success.

What a typical training session looks like with me:

A training session with me is going to be challenging and reactive, with a solid training regimen that will change and grow with the athlete by reenforcing their strengths and improving any weaknesses. In this way we will harden them into a top tier competitor, brimming with confidence and quality both on and off the field. While this may sound like a lot, I'd love to laugh alongside every athlete, because what good is all this training without any fun?

Career summary and accomplishments:

Coaching rookie paintball players has been where the majority of my experience comes from. Five year's experience as a referee has granted invaluable agility and speed training in addition to sound mental strategies and tactics. I have also unofficially assisted training in my Swim Teams and worked hard to learn many techniques and training regimens that made my teammates grade A competitors. While in leadership positions in the Army for over two years training and coaching a team of five soldiers, we managed multiple successful operations together in addition to being a part of the top company in our division.

Best coach I ever had:

I've had two great coaches over the years, but neither of them actually held the official title.

The first was my senior Drill Sergeant from U.S. Army basic training. He was an aggressive and ruthless teacher who taught a very simple lesson: "'I can't' does not exist."

Second was my own father who taught many lessons to my siblings and me, but one lesson stuck out above all the rest: "Everything in life has risk, even in doing nothing you risk losing something. So, do something."

What athletes and parents should know about me:

There are a few things that both athletes and parents should know about me.

Firstly, I will not go easy on any of you, but rather challenge you to improve and become stronger than you seem, braver than you believe, and smarter than you think.

Next, I have served in the military, which means I will be tough, however I have developed the skills needed to motivate and lead a team of individuals to victory and instill those skills into that team of athletes as well.

Finally, while experience outranks everything, that does not always mean the coach is always right. I can learn just as much, if not more, from the athletes and parents as they do from me.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.

The AU guarantee (refund policy) has you covered! If you find yourself needing to cancel or adjust your booking within 24 hours of your purchase, just let us know. We'll provide a refund - no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're here to support your learning journey.

Our coaches are open to helping athletes of any age and skill level. Please message your desired coach to ensure their skillset fits your needs.
