Let's turn your struggles to strength.

I'm a former elite soccer player and lifelong competitor turned therapeutic guide and educator. I have a decade of experience working with youth and adults in any context from hiking across the desert wilderness, to competing for national titles, to helping someone kick a ball for the first time. From these transformative experiences, I am driven by equipping my clients with the mental tools and support they need to endeavor challenges, anxieties, and successes in their athletic journey!

About me

I have been a highly competitive athlete my entire life. As a young athlete, I was deeply involved in the elite youth soccer circuit, flying to tournaments all over the country, competing for playing time amongst some incredible players, and balancing soccer with obligations of school, service, and social opportunities that come with being a high-schooler! This experience definitely had its ups and downs, and ultimately prepared me really well to make a hard but important decision to play Division 3 soccer at WashU in St. Louis. At the time, it felt like I was compromising something by going D3 when all my other teammates were going to D1 schools. Now I view it as an incredibly important decision to my personhood development outside of being an athlete. At the same time, it was a fantastic decision for me, and I recognize that all athletes have their own journey ahead of them. At WashU, we competed for a National Title every single year I was there. We made it to the Final 4 three times, the National Championship 2 times, and won the National Championship in 2016. These four years were irreplaceable! I learned so much about team dynamics, leadership, and gained personal confidence as a significant contributor on the team throughout my time. During these years, I played on the Chicago Red Stars Reserve team as a U19 and continued to match up against some of the best soccer players in the country to keep myself competitive and in strong shape. After college, I became a guide for adolescents in an outdoor therapy setting, where I also received my 200hr yoga certification! This balance of being incredibly competitive, and having the tools of mindfulness and emotional regulation proved to be incredibly valuable to me as I guide other athletes in their turmoil and transition. These two years were extremely transformative and were an amazing place for me to grapple with the identity transition out of athletics. After that, I received my Masters of Education from University of Washington and became a Health and Fitness teacher in the Seattle area. In these 3 years I became passionate about using sports as a vehicle to access deeper parts of my students' identities and abilities to work together towards a goal. With all these experiences combined, I am now pursuing a career in mental performance coaching to help give athletes and performers the mental skills they need to succeed and find balance in all that they may face during competition.

I draw from my experiences as an elite youth athlete, a national champion competitor, a youth backcountry wilderness guide, a therapuetic facilitator and yoga teacher, and Health and Fitness educator to bring my clients a multi-disciplinary and well-rounded approach for their athletic endeavors. While soccer was my specialized sport, my training has now focused mostly on the mental side of any sport, a responsibility I do not take lightly as I have seen first hand how it can change people's lives. Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.

  • Good Fit Guarantee — If your first lesson isn't the right fit, we'll move your lesson credit to a new coach. No hassle.

  • Easy rescheduling — Cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before a lesson, no questions asked.

  • Coach no-shows — You'll be fully credited and we'll help you find a replacement.

  • Flexible credits — Unused lessons last 12 months and can be used with any coach on the platform.
