I played Division I soccer and now run national recruiting events that help high school athletes reach the next level. But what I really love is working with younger players — helping them build technical skills, confidence, and a real love for the game early on. I know how important great habits are at that age, and I take pride in creating a fun, positive environment that sets them up for long-term success. I have an extremely flexible schedule and I'm able to train with you wherever you'd like!

I’m a former Division I soccer player with a lifelong passion for the game and for helping the next generation of athletes reach their potential. Over the past several years, I’ve built and led national recruiting events that connect high school players with college coaches — giving me a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed at every level of the sport
As a coach, I bring that same energy and insight to younger players, focusing on skill development, confidence, and enjoyment of the game. My goal is to make each session positive, challenging, and purposeful — helping kids fall in love with soccer while learning the habits that lead to long-term success both on and off the field. Whether you are looking to play in college, make the A team for your club, or just get better, I can help!
A typical one-on-one training session with me is built around developing a player’s technical sharpness, confidence, and understanding of the game. Every session starts with a dynamic warm-up that gets the player moving with the ball right away — simple touches, turns, and movement patterns designed to build comfort and rhythm. From there, we shift into targeted technical work, focusing on areas like first touch, passing technique, ball control, or finishing, depending on the player’s age and goals.
I like to keep sessions high-tempo but purposeful. Every drill has a specific outcome, whether it’s improving speed of play, decision-making, or composure under pressure. I’ll mix in competitive elements — timed challenges or small scoring objectives — to keep the player motivated and simulate game-like intensity.
We always finish with something that ties everything together, such as a small-sided challenge, finishing sequence, or positional exercise that reinforces the day’s theme. I also take a few minutes at the end to talk through what went well, where the player can improve, and how it connects to the bigger picture of their development.

High School Coach - Bill Brady!
First and foremost, I love this game — and I want every player I work with to love it too. I’ve been around soccer my whole life, from playing Division I in college to now running national recruiting events that help high school athletes chase their goals. But when I’m on the field coaching, my focus is simple: make it fun, make it competitive, and make sure every player leaves better than they arrived.
I believe in positive coaching — lots of encouragement, clear feedback, and sessions that mix serious development with plenty of laughs. I’m big on teaching the “why” behind everything we do, because I want players to understand the game, not just go through the motions. Whether I’m working with a 9-year-old learning to pass or a high school player chasing a scholarship, my goal is to help them build confidence and truly enjoy the process.
At the end of the day, soccer should be the best hour of a kid’s day — and I take pride in helping make that happen.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
The AU guarantee (refund policy) has you covered! If you find yourself needing to cancel or adjust your booking within 24 hours of your purchase, just let us know. We'll provide a refund - no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're here to support your learning journey.
