Coaching Background

Summary of Coaching Background
I am in my first year as a Division I college coach, I have been coaching private and small group lessons for 4 years, and while I was in college I coached for All Lax Select and HHH in the summer!
How can you help someone improve their game?
I have endless amounts of drills from my time as a player and now as a coach! While I have experience as a coach, I also have experience turning my weaknesses into strengths over the years as a player!
What does a typical training session look like?
Anything the player needs! I typically start with a warm up and then go into drills specifically catered to what my player wants to improve on! My goal is that the last rep will always show progress from the first rep!
