Hiiii All! I am Coach Briezy, I specialize in mental performance and strength and speed training. My background stems from Political Science and Sports Psychology. My love for sports started when I was 3 years old. Watching the Packers vs Bears, Bulls vs Pacers etc. I enjoy watching but playing basketball is what I love. Short ended career based on have a major surgery in my high school career. No support mentally as far as my dream ending. I knew then I had to figure out a way to make going to get support easier it was there. I checked out, I gave up on playing because of repeated injury. The pressure to get back in the game. I was an adult when I realized I was allowed to just walk away completely from what I truly loved. I could have immersed myself in a different structure. Instead I immersed in academics and watched in the stands instead of the side. Thats what I am here to change let’s mentally prepare our youth for the side and not the stands.
1. Develop Pre-Performance Routines Help athletes create consistent mental and physical routines before competition. This builds focus, reduces anxiety, and signals the brain that it’s time to perform at a high level.
2. Train Visualization & Mental Rehearsal Guide athletes to vividly imagine successful performance scenarios executing skills, overcoming challenges, and staying composed. This strengthens neural pathways and boosts confidence.
3. Strengthen Emotional Regulation Teach techniques like controlled breathing, grounding, and mindfulness to manage stress, frustration, and pressure. Athletes who control emotions perform more consistently.
4. Build Resilient Self-Talk Patterns Work with athletes to replace negative thoughts with constructive, empowering language. Encouraging phrases like “I am prepared” or “next play mindset” can shift performance outcomes.
5. Set Process-Oriented Goals Shift focus from outcomes (winning) to controllable actions (effort, technique, decision-making). This keeps athletes present, reduces pressure, and improves overall execution.
An intro icebreaker, go over questionnaire filled out with PLR, prior to session. Setup a schedule, create S.M.A.R.T goals for work on for each session in time frame. Skills practice sessions for academics may be included. Coping with injury recovery and motivation to play in another capacity. Rather than how things were done in the prior capacity before injury. Helping athletes understanding financial management and responsibility, entrepreneurialism, NIL deals, transparency in transferring teams. Coping with coach creative criticism and feedback. Team coping and communication. Meditating and breath work for managing losses and wins.
I am a 3 peat 2025 Graduate Dean’s List student, I currently maintain my sport management and concussion certification. Maintain a lifestyle of meditation and holistic coaching practices. My mental performance consulting program helps athletes improve comfortability in performing. It places their mental in an aspect where previous experiences are not a pressure along with present pressures. This stems from my learning and leadership experiences. I am in Omega Nu Lambda Honor Society & The National Society of leadership and success.
Coach J was my high school basketball coach. The way she managed and handled the team was phenomenal. Her creativity of bonding us together. “We All We Got!” Was what she taught us and individually she taught us how to be a person and an athlete. She encouraged us to excel in our academics. Life is more than the sport we choose to pursue.
I am extremely organized, well managed, hardworking love to read so expect to as well. I feel certain books have bits and pieces that help life lessons in sports more understanding. The training is parent , athlete & coach centered. I am available during the day for homeschooling athletes. As well as during the summer.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
