I coach people to train their minds like they train their bodies — so they can overcome self-doubt, handle pressure, and unlock peak performance. My mission is to help athletes unlock belief in themselves, build mental strength, and develop a resilient mindset that rises above doubt, stays steady under pressure, and enables them to become their best in sport and life. Through consistent practice, we build the mindset to win on and off the field.

I help athletes strengthen their mental game through a structured, individualized process that begins with listening and understanding their needs, followed by intentional preparation, applied skill development and practice, and finally empowering long-term growth and independence. No two sessions are the same — each is tailored to the athlete’s sport demands, performance goals, and life objectives.
Each session is designed to meet the athlete where they are on that day. We begin with a check-in—how they’re doing, what’s going well, and key areas for growth. From there, we move into focused mental skills work tailored to their needs and goals. We end with a clear action plan for the time between sessions, outlining what the athlete will work on and how I will continue to support their development.
My accomplishments will always begin and end with family—I’m a daughter, sister, and proud aunt to the world’s greatest niece!
Professionally, I’ve also been lucky to learn and grow through a wide range of experiences in sport and performance. I was a student athletic training intern with the USA Women’s and Men’s Volleyball teams; work as a certified athletic trainer supporting high school, Division I collegiate, elite junior, professional, Olympic-level, and tactical athletes; and teach undergraduate and graduate students in athletic medicine, sport psychology, and health and wellness.
One of the most meaningful experiences in my recent professional journey was my doctoral dissertation, where I worked alongside a collegiate cheer team to better understand injury vulnerability and the unique stressors they face as student-athletes. Together, we created and implemented a mental skills and integrative health and healing program designed around their needs, with a focus on stress, coping, and overall well-being. By the end of the program, athletes reported feeling less vulnerable to injury, along with reduced stress, worry, and performance anxiety, and improved coping and recovery skills. Most importantly, it reinforced my passion for athlete-centered care and the power of meeting athletes where they are with practical tools that support both performance and well-being.
The best coach I ever had was my Grandpa, who coached my junior high track and field team. He was one of the greatest coaches I’ve known. He listened, he challenged us, and most importantly, he understood what each of us was capable of. He had a way of bringing out individual strengths and combining them to build something bigger than ourselves — a true team.
The mission of Athletes Untapped — "to help athletes untap their full potential and build confidence in sport and life" — is exactly why I became an athletic trainer with a focus in sport psychology. Empowering athletes is what drives me, and nothing beats seeing them grow, compete, and succeed in sport and in life. The athletes I’ve worked with, and continue to work with, are my biggest inspiration and the reason I continue to coach!

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
