About Me:

I am a soccer coach and mental performance specialist based in the Chicago area, working with athletes to develop the mental side of their game.

I currently coach within Illinois ODP and have experience supporting players across club, academy, and identification pathways, including MLS NEXT environments. Alongside coaching, I run pep360° (Whole Player. Whole Person. Whole Potential.), where I help athletes and teams build confidence, manage pressure, and respond effectively to mistakes.

My approach is practical and performance-focused. Players don’t just talk about mentality- they train it. Every session includes simple, game-ready tools such as pre-game routines, reset routines, and performance self-talk that athletes can apply immediately in training and competition.

I have completed my Master’s degree in Sport Psychology, am currently pursuing my CMPC (Certified Mental Performance Consultant) certification, and hold both UEFA B and USSF B coaching licenses. This allows me to combine evidence-based methods with real, on-field coaching experience.

I’m passionate about helping athletes not only perform at a higher level, but also grow as confident, resilient individuals who can handle the challenges of sport and life.

I help athletes improve their game by strengthening the mental skills that show up in every moment of performance. Together, we build confidence, improve focus, and develop strategies to handle pressure and mistakes.

Players learn simple, game-ready tools such as pre-game routines, reset routines, and performance self-talk—so they can stay composed, make better decisions, and play with clarity when it matters most. Every session is tailored to the athlete, ensuring what we work on transfers directly into training and games

What a typical training session looks like with me:

Each session is designed to be practical, engaging, and tailored to the athlete.

We typically start with a quick check-in and reflection on recent games or training to understand what’s been going well and where challenges are showing up.

From there, we focus on one key mental skill-such as confidence, handling pressure, or responding to mistakes-and introduce a simple, game-ready tool (e.g., pre-game routine, reset routine, or self-talk strategy).

Athletes then apply the tool through discussion, scenarios, or visualization so they know exactly how to use it in real moments.

Every session finishes with a clear action plan, so the athlete leaves with 1–2 specific things to practice in training or games.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all coaching; every athlete’s experience is tailored to their needs, goals, and stage of development.

I also value open communication with families and aim to provide guidance that supports the athlete both on and off the field of play.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.

  • Good Fit Guarantee — If your first lesson isn't the right fit, we'll move your lesson credit to a new coach. No hassle.

  • Easy rescheduling — Cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before a lesson, no questions asked.

  • Coach no-shows — You'll be fully credited and we'll help you find a replacement.

  • Flexible credits — Unused lessons last 12 months and can be used with any coach on the platform.
