I have a special place in my heart for athletes who have hopes, dreams, and aspirations. Having competed at an elite level myself, I take pride in my experiences and accomplishments, and I know firsthand that reaching the highest levels of sport is possible. Coming close to the Olympic Trials taught me that big goals are not just dreams; they're achievable with belief, preparation, and dedication. I am committed to helping athletes realize their potential, believe in themselves, and achieve their goals.
Being a six-year collegiate athlete with a lifetime of elite competition has shaped how I lead, teach, and coach. Academically, I double-majored in Elementary Education and Psychology, am a certified Pre-K–6 educator, and am currently pursuing my master’s degree in K–12 Education at CCSU. Additionally, I hold a 600-Interscholastic/Intramural Coaching Permit.
A six-year collegiate career and a lifetime of elite competition have shaped how I lead, teach, and coach. With over twenty years of experience in track and field, cross country, and soccer, I’ve worked with athletes from childhood through college. My multi-sport background, from winning the Shelburne Falls Bridge of Flowers 3K women's division at only age eleven, to training in gymnastics and diving, to competing in both cross country and soccer in the same collegiate season, has given me a deep, experience-driven understanding of consistent movement, muscle memory, and performance awareness in competition. I train athletes to stay composed, execute under pressure, and let their preparation show when it matters most.
I help athletes build confidence, trust their preparation, and perform when it matters most. My coaching is grounded in my own elite experiences, so I know what training works and why. I focus on fundamentals, smart progression, mental strength, and self-awareness, so athletes can compete freely and confidently. Training sessions are structured, energetic, and intentional, and athletes always know the “why” behind each training activity. I draw on my experience as a two-time Academic All-American to balance discipline with intensity, pairing challenge with encouragement. Sessions are individualized, engaging, rewarding, and fun, so athletes leave feeling accomplished, confident, and excited to keep improving.

The best coach I ever had was Rick Scott, my soccer coach when I played on a boys' elite travel soccer team through middle school. Competing at this level meant constantly pushing my limits, and Rick Scott believed in me every step of the way. He encouraged me, challenged me, and treated me exactly the same as the boys, never once making me feel like I couldn’t keep up or wasn’t good enough. As a starter and the leading goal scorer, I learned to thrive under pressure and embrace every challenge. What set Rick Scott apart was not just his coaching expertise but his genuine investment in my growth as both an athlete and a person. He inspired confidence, fostered a sense of belonging, and helped me recognize my potential. His unwavering belief in me has profoundly influenced how I coach today, as I strive to instill the same confidence, commitment, and competitive spirit in every athlete I work with.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
