Coaching Background
Summary of Coaching Background
I started coaching kids in my neighborhood how to play football and how to play specific football positions. And I have coached both males and females. I then went on to coaching for Sweetwater Athletic Association in Jacksonville, Florida for two seasons. I also coached at a private school where I served as the Head Varsity Football Coach and Assistant Athletic Director and even assisted with the middle school football team there.
How can you help someone improve their game?
I can help someone improve their game by teaching them at all levels of the sport, recreational to professional, by simplifying the techniques to playing each position within the sport and overall knowledge of the sport so that they'll be prepared to play at the highest level with success.
What does a typical training session look like?
I usually start with warmups then I gradually build up the intensity of the workout. Some workouts I will even test the athletes' intellect in their sport to fully understand their sport.
