Why Train With Me?

I played collegiate football at Alderson Broaddus University. I've trained kids My passion and motivation have always been helping the next generation make it to the next level weather that’s sports or just in life! My goal is to train athletes (O/D Lineman) technique, grit, speed, agility. 8th grade- 12th grade I would love to help with strength and conditioning as well!

Summary of Career and Accomplishments
I played collegiate football at Alderson Broaddus University 2018-2023. As a junior and senior, I was named team captain. During my career I had the honor of playing both sides of the ball. I played Offensive Guard (both sides) and Defensive Tackle where I played the 3 and 0 tech.
Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
The best coach I ever had was my high school offensive lineman coach Donnie Panoni. He was just a technical coach that treated everything the same! Which made me understand why film study/practice was so important because everything from drills can be translated into the game!
What should athletes and parents know about you?
As a Coach/Mentor I want what’s best for my athletes, I believe in consistency, confidence, discipline, and dominance!

How can you help someone improve their game?
As a Coach I can assist in an athlete life by training the necessary skills, strength, and weaknesses. Also providing positive self-belief and feedback!
What does a typical training session look like?
The whole session typically lasts within an hour or a hour and half. I start with a warmup, nice stretch! Then I would take about 30 mins to go through a nice conditioning session, then I would use the next 35-40 mins to go through skills of the position! For the last 20-25 mins of the session I like to do a cool down stretch and just be a mentor/coach and just check on my athletes talk about school, sports, life!
