Enjoy the process with a former college athlete.

Ready to take your sport to the next level? I’m the coach who will help you get there. If I can go from late-bloomer to college athlete almost entirely alone, imagine what you can do with the right structure, mindset, and coaching behind you. If you’re serious about growth and fun, let’s get to work. - Through dedication, intentionality, and relentless commitment to growth, I became a dual-sport college athlete at Bates College (competing in one of the top D3 conferences in the nation). - I started basketball my freshman year and track my sophomore year of high school where I was a mediocre athlete. - I bring experience as both a college athlete (Bates) and a coach(summer clinics, assistant basketball coach, assistant track coach). - What drives me most is helping athletes navigate their process and achieve their goals. - My coaching style is personalized but universally supportive and encouraging — I take time to understand your personality, strengths, and areas of improvement. Every athlete is different, so my approach for one athlete may be different than another. - We will absolutely improve weaknesses — but we won’t obsess over them as too many athletes focus only on what they lack. - In addition to places to improve, I help you identify and sharpen the traits that already make you good. Every athlete should have their own personality, their own game/approach, so let's use that. - I’m currently pursuing a graduate degree in Sports Psychology at Boston University — because the mental side of sport is often the difference-maker.

About Me:

I am a recent graduate from Bates College where I competed in both Basketball and Track at the D3 level. I started playing basketball freshman year of college and track sophomore year, and never participated in club or AAU teams due to other commitments in music. I didn't make varsity basketball until my senior year, but I didn't want my athletic career to end so I trained... a lot. I ended up walking on to both track and basketball due to my growth as an athlete, player, and person. I was competing with athletes who had been participating in their sport competitively for over a decade, and will still able to excel in my roles. I know what it takes to improve, and I hope to help anyone else who sees their own potential but doesn't know how to get there.

How I can help you improve your game:

Having gone through most of my process alone, I know what it takes to go from being mediocre to being competitive with other great athletes. I hope to build a relationship with each of my athletes, as everyone is different.

What a typical training session looks like with me:

- Every session will begin with a short check-in to see where your mental space is and things that you may be interested in doing during the session. I will have plans for every session, but am flexible.

- You will be doing a quick dynamic warmup, drills (some competitive some not), and a simulation-like exercise to mimic a scrimmage, meets, etc.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.

  • Good Fit Guarantee — If your first lesson isn't the right fit, we'll move your lesson credit to a new coach. No hassle.

  • Easy rescheduling — Cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before a lesson, no questions asked.

  • Coach no-shows — You'll be fully credited and we'll help you find a replacement.

  • Flexible credits — Unused lessons last 12 months and can be used with any coach on the platform.
