I’ve coached at the collegiate level and have worked with athletes of all ages/skill levels in basketball skills training. My passion lies in helping athletes build confidence, manage pressure, and develop the focus needed to perform at their best. About Me:

Mental Performance Coach with a Master’s in Mental Performance from Ithaca College, where I worked with six NCAA teams, providing team workshops and 1-on-1 coaching.

-Focused on helping athletes develop skills like focus, confidence, emotional regulation, resilience, and performance routines.

Former NCAA D3 Basketball Player – Played three seasons at Mount Holyoke College

Current College Basketball Coach – Assistant Coach at Lesley University, supporting scouting, player development, and recruiting.

My coaching combines lived athletic experience, academic training, and hands-on work with athletes to help them perform at their best mentally and emotionally.

I meet athletes where they are — every session is tailored to your individual mindset, goals, and sport experience. Before we start training, I take time to understand what you’re looking for, how you currently approach competition, and what obstacles may be getting in your way. Once we’ve identified your goals, we’ll build a plan that fits you — not a one-size-fits-all model. Whether you're looking to quiet negative self-talk, build confidence, improve focus, or stay composed in high-pressure moments, we’ll work together to strengthen the mental tools you need. My coaching is collaborative, practical, and designed to help you perform at your best when it matters most.

What a typical training session looks like with me:

Each session lasts about 45 minutes and focuses on the challenges or obstacles impacting your performance. Session can either be on Zoom or in person. Sessions are personalized to your goals and include mental skills like visualization, focus, confidence, emotional regulation, and performance anxiety. We will talk about how the athlete can use these skills not only in our sessions but in practices and games on their own. Every session ends with a goal/ skill to practice on their own before our next session. At the start of every session, I will check in on how that goal/skill went.

Career summary and accomplishments:

I have a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Mount Holyoke College and a Master’s in Exercise & Sport Sciences (Mental Performance) from Ithaca College. I’ve gained experience as a student mental performance coach at Ithaca College, where I supported the Women’s Golf, Women’s Cross Country, Women’s Track & Field, and Men’s & Women’s Swim & Dive teams with mental performance coaching, workshops, and individual sessions. Currently, I’m the Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach at Lesley University, where I assist with player development, scouting, recruiting, and mental performance work with my athletes.

I have over 400 hours of supervised mental performance work with athletes, both individually and in team settings. I help athletes build the mindset to perform under pressure and grow beyond the game. Using tools like visualization, goal-setting, confidence-building, and arousal regulation, I support athletes in staying focused, overcoming doubt, and reaching their potential. As a former athlete, I understand how powerful the right mindset and support can be.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.

The AU guarantee (refund policy) has you covered! If you determine the coach isn't a good fit after your first lesson, let us know within 24 hours and you're eligible for a refund. We will also be happy to recommend another coach - be sure to contact our support team.
