I’m originally from New Jersey, where my track career began and eventually led me to become a 4‑Time High School All‑American, 2‑Time NJ State Champion in the 400m, and a High School National Champion in the Super Sprint Medley. My success on the track earned me a scholarship to Saint Augustine’s University in North Carolina, where I became an 18‑Time Division II All‑American and a 4‑Time NCAA D‑II National Champion in Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field.
In 2019, I moved to Georgia and continued my passion for developing young athletes. By 2022, I joined the Atlanta Track Club as an Assistant Coach, where I’ve helped multiple middle‑school athletes earn All‑American honors. My coaching focuses on speed development, strength training, and teaching athletes how to build muscle instead of bracing for the next rep moving with purpose, confidence, and proper technique.
Beyond coaching, I’m a husband and a father of three; two boys and a girl which fuels my commitment to creating a safe, positive, and growth‑focused environment for every athlete I train. My goal is simple: help young athletes become faster, stronger, and more confident both on and off the field.
I help athletes get faster, stronger, and more confident by focusing on the fundamentals that translate to every sport: proper movement mechanics, efficient speed development, and smart strength training. Whether your goal is improving acceleration, building muscle, increasing power, or learning how to move with purpose instead of bracing for the next rep, I create a training plan that meets each athlete exactly where they are. My approach builds long‑term athletic development better form, better habits, and better performance.
Every session is structured, intentional, and built around your athlete’s needs. We start with a dynamic warm‑up to activate the body and prepare for movement. From there, we work on speed mechanics acceleration, top‑end speed, or change‑of‑direction depending on the athlete’s sport. Strength and power work follows, focusing on building muscle safely and teaching athletes how to produce force efficiently. We finish with cooldown, mobility, and technique review so each athlete leaves understanding what they improved and what comes next.

I’m committed to helping every athlete become the best version of themselves by blocking out the background noise and focusing on what truly matters. All I ask for is effort and intentionality because you get out what you put in, and the results always reflect the work. When an athlete understands their “why,” it drives their habits, their mindset, and their growth. My role is to support, guide, and challenge them effectively and efficiently so they can reach those results with confidence and purpose.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
