About Me:

I'm a current professional soccer player for the Jaguares De Chiapas in Mexico's 3rd division. I graduated with a Bachelor's in Kinesiology and I also got my CPT with NASM. Aside from my professional career, I love going to the gym and spending time with family and friends. I enjoy binge watching movies and shows, and going out for drives during sunsets or sunrises.

What a typical training session looks like with me:

An example of a training session with one of my older athletes (in high school) consists of developing power and speed. This is major focus because at this point in their development, the body starts to experience a lot of change due to puberty so the athletes mechanics alter so they need to learn how to move with their changing body's. As a goalkeeper, its essential to be agile and to have a powerful first step in order to make a save. So a lot of the drills revolve around in-game situations where I break down an efficient way for the athlete to make the correct play or to understand when to adjust on the fly. While always setting the foundation of the basics because it's easy to forget about them when dealing with more complex situations or drills.

SF Mission Green FC: Multiple tournament wins, was always the starter (2017-2021)

Lowell High School: 2x CIF Champion (2019-2020 and 2020-2021), 2020-2021 POTY and 1st Team All-City

Jessup University: played for 3 years NCAA DII

Best coach I ever had:

The best coach I ever had is difficult to say because I've encountered and played for so many great coaches that have helped me in some shape or form to become who I am today as a man and as an athlete. I would have to choose my club coach from Mission Green, Wilfredo Galindo. He believed in my potential so much more than I did, and he saw so much more within me than what I saw within myself. He was the first coach that truly invested in my development and gave me the confidence to pursue this sport as a career. He was more than just a soccer coach, he was a life mentor. He is someone I will forever be grateful for.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.

  • Easy rescheduling — Cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before a lesson, no questions asked.

  • Coach no-shows — You'll be fully credited and we'll help you find a replacement.

  • Flexible credits — Unused lessons last 12 months and can be used with any coach on the platform.
