About Me:

I'm a recent graduate of Yale University (class of '26), where I competed as a varsity sprinter and 2025/26 team Captain. I grew up in Gorham, Maine, and have been competing in track & field since I was 10 years old! At every stage of my athletic career — from youth Junior Olympics to middle school, high school, college (and potentially beyond) — I've consistently worked my way to success at each new level of competition. This summer and fall, I’m back in Maine and wanted to take the opportunity to give back to the community that played a key role in shaping the athlete I am today!

How I can help you improve your game:

My goal, first and foremost, is to help you elevate your physical performance. I'll be drawing heavily from the sprint training I received at Yale over the past four years, combining it with the knowledge I’ve accumulated over more than a decade of competitive sprinting.

Equally important, I strongly believe in a holistic approach to training — maximizing the small but critical factors outside of practice to improve performance. From graduating from Yale with a B.A. in psychology to interning for a registered cancer dietitian, I've also had the opportunity to learn a great deal about nutrition, mental performance, sleep, and recovery, and (if interested) would be excited to share that knowledge with you this summer.

What a typical training session looks like with me:

This varies from athlete to athlete, but will usually consist of three parts:

1) Thorough warm-up focused on activation, hip mobility, and sprint mechanics to prepare the body for high-intensity work.

2) The main set will either emphasize technical speed development (acceleration, max velocity, or blocks) or event-specific speed endurance work.

3) Cooldown with light jog, stretching, and core work, followed by a brief reflection on the session and key takeaways.

I’d also be more than happy to incorporate sprint-specific strength training in the weight room if interested!

Career summary and accomplishments:

• #5 All-Time 60m in Ivy League History (6.69)

• Member of Yale's school-record 4x400m relay (3:09.34), where I split 46.89 seconds as our team broke a record that had stood since 1968 — one of the oldest records in program history

• Recipient of Yale T&F's Gardner Millet Award (for “sportsmanship, courage, and inspiration”) and Lee Calhoun Award (for “most outstanding member of the sprints and hurdles event group”)

• 2021–22 Gatorade Maine Boys Track & Field Player of the Year

Best coach I ever had:

While at Yale, I had the privilege of training under Coach Max Frye — a silver medalist at the DI NCAA Track and Field Championships and coach of numerous All-Americans while at Notre Dame. One of his most impactful qualities was his ability to listen and adapt, continuously seeking feedback from his athletes and using it to refine his coaching. This summer, I plan to carry this mindset forward — prioritizing mutual respect, collaboration, and meeting each athlete where they are.

What athletes and parents should know about me:

Throughout my career, I’ve often been described as a “sponge,” constantly trying to absorb new knowledge and find ways to improve. Over the past 12 years in the sport, I’ve been fortunate enough to learn and compete alongside some world-class coaches and teammates, and I’d be honored to pass along those lessons, experiences, and skills to the next generation of Maine athletes.

After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
