Driven volleyball athlete focused on growth, discipline, and winning.
I’m a dedicated volleyball player who takes pride in discipline, teamwork, and constant improvement. I work hard both on and off the court to elevate my game, compete at a high level, and be a reliable teammate. I’m looking for coaches and programs that value effort, development, and a competitive mindset while pushing athletes to reach their full potential.
I focus on developing the complete volleyball player—not just individual skills. I can help athletes improve their hitting, blocking, serving, passing, footwork, positioning, volleyball IQ, confidence, and overall consistency. As a former Division I middle blocker, I can provide position-specific insight while also helping athletes understand what college coaches look for in recruits. I also enjoy helping athletes set realistic goals, build strong training habits, prepare for competition, and develop the confidence needed to perform at a high level.
What to Expect
My virtual sessions go beyond just teaching volleyball skills. I want to help athletes understand what it takes to become a better player on and off the court, especially when it comes to recruiting and preparing for the next level.
Depending on your goals, sessions can include:
* Film breakdown: Reviewing your game film together and identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
* Recruiting guidance: Helping you understand what college coaches look for and what you can do at a young age to put yourself in the best position to get recruited.
* Player development: Creating a better understanding of your position, decision-making, technique, and overall volleyball IQ.
* Recruiting profile & exposure: Discussing how to present yourself as an athlete, build a strong recruiting profile, communicate with coaches, and make yourself more marketable.
* Goal setting: Creating realistic goals and an actionable plan to continue improving between sessions.
As a former Division I volleyball player, I know how important it is to start preparing early. The recruiting and self-development side of sports is sometimes overlooked, but it can play a huge role in helping athletes reach their goals and find the right opportunity at the next level.
I am a former NCAA Division I men’s volleyball player at NJIT, where I competed as a middle blocker and was a four-year collegiate athlete. I was named EIVA All-Conference Second Team in 2024 and First Team in 2025. During my NJIT career, I competed against nationally recognized Division I programs and developed experience at a high level of collegiate volleyball.
Before college, I attended Plainfield North High School in Illinois, where I was named Conference MVP during both my junior and senior seasons, First Team All-State in Illinois, and helped my team win a conference championship. I also competed with SPVB 18 Elite and participated in USA Volleyball's National Training/Development programs.
My experience as both a high-level athlete and a recruited Division I player gives me a unique perspective on skill development, competition, recruiting, and the transition from high school to college volleyball.
Coach Troy Gilb was my favorite coach and one of the biggest influences on my development as a volleyball player. I worked with him during my junior and senior years of high school through sports performance volleyball training. What stood out most was his ability to push me beyond what I thought I was capable of while still making training enjoyable and purposeful.
Coach Troy taught me that becoming a great athlete isn't just about physical ability—it’s about discipline, consistency, confidence, and being willing to work on the small details every day. A lot of the habits and mindset that helped me reach the Division I level were developed during those years, and his influence is something I want to carry into my own coaching.
Athletes and parents should know that I genuinely understand the journey because I’ve been through it myself. I know what it feels like to work toward playing at the next level, go through recruiting, transition into college volleyball, compete as a Division I athlete, and deal with the pressure that comes with high-level competition.
My goal is to create a positive environment where athletes feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and challenging themselves. I want every athlete I work with to leave a session feeling like they learned something, improved a skill, and gained confidence. For parents, my priority is to be honest, supportive, and focused on helping each athlete develop both as a volleyball player and as a person.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
