Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
The best coach I've ever had was Coach Kyle Dickinson. He was the best coach because he paid attention to all of the minor details that made me who I am. He was able to tell if I slept well, if I didn't execute or position myself accordingly just by watching me. On top of this, he valued the relationship with his athletes.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
Athletes and parents should know that I am very resilient and that I care about athletes beyond their performance. I will analyze video and I do tons of research and adjust according to the athlete.

Summary of Coaching Background
I have helped coach collegiate and high school athletes alike. Athlete's have trusted me with footage and correction of form and race execution. A lot of athlete's I have coached have PR'd in their respective events and improved. I also have a positive relationship with all athletes I have had the privilege of coaching.
How can you help someone improve their game?
I can help someone improve their game by paying attention to the small details in the sport of track & field. The smaller details are more important to the bigger picture. I teach resilience and am very studious in my approach on top of having experience myself.
What does a typical training session look like?
This will vary depending on where each individual athlete is in their journey, but I value warm-ups to ensure my athletes are prepared for exercise. This includes drills, mobility, light plyometrics and an acceleration. The workout itself will vary from athlete to athlete. I record as well to make sure athletes can see what I am talking about, I can also demonstrate as well. After the workout is done I walk my athletes through a cooldown.
