Originally from France, I have been passionate about running for more than 20 years and continue to compete today. My journey in the sport has taken me from competing at the national level in France to running NCAA Division II cross country and track in the United States. Along the way, I developed a deep appreciation for both the art and science of endurance performance.
As an athlete, my personal bests include 25:30 for 8K, 31:30 for 10K, 1:10 for the half marathon, and 4:18 for the mile. These experiences have shaped my understanding of what it takes to progress, overcome challenges, and perform at a high level.
Professionally, I am a Sport Scientist specializing in running performance and endurance development. My background combines coaching, biomechanics, physiology, performance testing, and data analysis to help runners better understand their bodies and unlock their full potential. In addition to my work as a sport scientist, I coach cross country and track & field athletes, helping runners of all levels improve performance, reduce injury risk, and build long-term success.
As both a competitive runner and sport scientist, I help athletes improve their performance through a comprehensive approach that combines coaching, biomechanics, strength development, movement analysis, and performance testing. By evaluating how an athlete moves, produces force, responds to training, and manages workload, I can identify the factors limiting performance and create an individualized plan to address them.
My goal is not only to improve race times, but also to build a stronger, more durable, and more efficient athlete. Whether the focus is improving running economy, developing speed and power, enhancing race-specific fitness, optimizing recovery, reducing injury risk, or preparing for a specific competition, I use objective data and coaching experience to guide every decision. This allows athletes to train with purpose, understand their strengths and weaknesses, and maximize their long-term development.
Every training session is individualized to the athlete's needs, goals, and current phase of training. Sessions begin with a personalized warm-up, mobility exercises, and running drills designed to prepare the body for the day's workload and address specific movement patterns.
The main workout may focus on endurance, threshold development, speed, race pace, or other performance qualities depending on the athlete's objectives. Throughout the session, I provide real-time coaching, pacing guidance, technical feedback, and training adjustments to ensure the athlete gets the most out of every workout.
When appropriate, additional tools such as lactate testing and performance monitoring can be incorporated to better understand the athlete's response to training and guide future programming. My role is to provide the structure, feedback, and expertise needed to help each athlete train with purpose and progress toward their goals.
As an athlete, I competed at the NCAA Division II level in the United States and represented France at more than 15 national championships across track & field, road racing, and cross country. Throughout my athletic career, I earned three national medals and developed a deep understanding of the training, discipline, and resilience required to perform at a high level.
As a coach, I have helped athletes and teams achieve significant improvements, including multiple school records and individual personal bests. During the 2025 season, I led my cross country program to the most successful season in school history, highlighted by developing the #2 and #3 fastest freshmen in the state and helping the team achieve historic performances at the championship level.
The best coach I ever had became much more than a coach—he became an important part of my life. He didn't just help me become a better athlete; he helped me become a better person. Through some of the most challenging moments of my life, he provided guidance, support, and perspective, helping me make decisions that shaped who I am today.
He also taught me to understand my sport on a deeper level. Rather than simply telling me what to do, he helped me understand why we were doing certain workouts and how each piece of training contributed to my development. That knowledge gave me confidence and a greater appreciation for the process.
More than anything, I know that he will always be there for me, not only as a coach but as a mentor and friend. His impact extends far beyond running, and I will always be grateful for everything he has done for me.
My coaching philosophy is simple: every athlete is unique. By combining science-based training principles with individualized coaching, I help runners train smarter, stay healthy, and confidently pursue their goals—whether they are chasing a personal best, qualifying for a championship race, or simply becoming the best runner they can be.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
