I'm a very passionate and competitive soccer player and coach and have experience playing for numerous high-level, Division I soccer programs. Having played six years of collegiate soccer, I know what it takes to get to the next level and excel. I have had some very impactful coaches in my career, and I would love the opportunity to pay it forward to the younger generation.

I have had the opportunity to play for two Power 5 soccer teams (University of Kentucky and Texas Christian University) during my undergraduate years of college. While at Kentucky, I started 5 games as a freshman midfielder and scored the game-winning goal against EKU in 2019. I then had the opportunity to play for a Top-10 soccer program at TCU, where we won the regular season and Big 12 tournament in 2021 and made it to the NCAA Sweet 16 both seasons (Fall 2021 and 2022). I am now taking my grad years at Villanova University, where I logged 1421 minutes in the 2023 season and started in all 18 games.
I think one of my strengths as a soccer player is my short-range and long-range passing accuracy and my first touch, particularly in small spaces. From my experience coaching younger girls as well as from personal experience, I think these skills are the most difficult to master at the middle-school level and the early years of high school. I learned some very valuable drills to improve on these skills that I still use today to stay sharp. I think I can help athletes who want to master their touch and become accurate passers (with both feet).
I usually use the first session to see how far the athlete is regarding technical skills, basic passing and shooting mechanics, and general accuracy. After the first session, I will create a training plan that generally involves technical work, a short-range passing drill (might include working on checking shoulder, turning, securing the ball, etc.), a longer-range passing drill, and some kind of shooting drill to end it. I will typically use different drills each week, but if I see that an athlete really enjoys a drill or wants to focus on a particular skill, I will repeat drills or spend more time on it.
I have prior experience doing 1on1 trainings with middle-school girls. As a coach, I take a lot of pride in seeing the improvement of my athletes during the course of our training sessions. I have had the opportunity to not only coach these girls and help them improve their skills, but I have also been able to mentor them and share my experiences with them that will help them in the future.
The best coach I ever had was my club coach. He coached me for about 8 years starting at the age of 13. He pushed me in ways I never knew I could be pushed, and he taught me the true meaning of hard work, grit, and perseverance. It was not always easy playing for him, but he prepared me not only for the ups and downs of my collegiate soccer career, but he also prepared me for life and taught me how to deal with adversity. He not only made me a better athlete, but he also made me a better person.
Being that I just finished my sixth season of college soccer, I have a great amount of experience playing for high-level D1 soccer programs, and I know what it takes to make it to this level and be successful. I have had some very impactful coaches in my career, and I would love the opportunity to pay it forward to the younger generation. I will strive to not only make my athletes better soccer players but also teach them important traits that will help them in their lives.

Meet your coach in-person or virtually, and start chasing down your goals!
If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
The AU guarantee (refund policy) has you covered! If you determine the coach isn't a good fit after your first lesson, let us know within 24 hours and you're eligible for a refund. We will also be happy to recommend another coach - be sure to contact our support team.
Our coaches are open to helping athletes of any age and skill level. Please message your desired coach to ensure their skillset fits your needs.
