I combine technical soccer coaching with mental performance strategies to help athletes build unshakeable confidence, sharpen their focus, and perform at their best when it matters most. Whether your athlete is trying to make the team, earn a starting spot, or just fall back in love with the game, I meet them where they are and push them to where they want to be. I practice what I preach — I'm a marathon finisher currently training for an ultramarathon and I strength train daily. I know what it takes to set hard goals and chase them. About Me:

Hey! I'm a recent college graduate with degrees in Exercise Science and Family Science, a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach through NASM, and a lifelong soccer player. I grew up in Utah playing for Impact United, where I competed at the Premier 2 level, and went on to play varsity and serve as team captain in high school. Soccer taught me a lot about hard work, leadership, and what it really takes to perform under pressure — and those lessons never left me.

Outside of coaching, I'm an endurance athlete. I just finished my first marathon and I'm currently training for an ultramarathon, on top of daily strength training. I live by the same standards I hold my athletes to — show up, put in the work, and never stop believing in yourself.

I'm passionate about the mental side of sports because I've seen firsthand how much mindset matters. Talent only takes you so far — confidence, resilience, and a strong inner game take you the rest of the way. That's what I'm here to help your athlete build.

When I'm not coaching or training, I love being outdoors and staying active. I bring that same energy and enthusiasm to every session.

On the technical side, I'll work with you on the fundamentals — touch, positioning, decision making, and the small details that separate good players from great ones. But what I really specialize in is the mental side of the game. We'll work on building confidence, managing nerves, staying locked in under pressure, and developing the kind of mindset that shows up consistently — not just on your best days.

A lot of athletes have the physical tools. What holds them back is what's going on in their head. We'll fix that. You'll learn how to silence negative self-talk, bounce back from mistakes quickly, and compete with a level of belief in yourself that your teammates and coaches will notice.

I'll push you. I'll be honest with you. And I'll be in your corner every step of the way. All I ask is that you show up ready to work and willing to grow.

What a typical training session looks like with me:

Every session starts in the mind before we ever touch a ball. We'll open by revisiting your goals, checking in on your mindset, and working through any mental blocks or challenges you're facing — whether that's nerves before a big game, self-doubt, or just losing your edge. This isn't fluff. It's the foundation everything else is built on.

From there we move into the physical and technical work — soccer training tailored specifically to where you are and where you want to go. Every drill, every rep, every correction is intentional and tied back to your goals.

By the end of each session you'll leave not just a better soccer player, but a more confident, focused, and mentally tough athlete. That combination is what creates players who perform when it counts.

My high school soccer coach is the best coach I've ever had, and he's a big reason I coach the way I do. He saw something in me before I saw it in myself — he believed in me, gave me real leadership opportunities, and challenged me in ways that were uncomfortable but necessary. He never let us settle. He demanded we show up every single day and give everything we had, and because of that standard, we became better players and better people. That's the kind of impact I want to have on every athlete I work with. I want to be the coach they think of years from now when someone asks who made a difference in their life.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
