D1 player and youth coach helping kids grow in skill, confidence, and love.

I’m a Division I soccer player with a national championship background and years of experience training young athletes ages 4–13. I bring high-level playing knowledge, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping kids grow both on and off the field. With a coaching style that’s positive, personalized, and rooted in my studies in speech-language pathology, I’m committed to building confidence, developing strong fundamentals, and creating an environment where every athlete can reach their full potential.

About me

I’m a lifelong soccer player who started at age five and has grown through competitive youth soccer into a Division I athlete. Over the years, I’ve played multiple positions, gained high-level experience, and developed a strong understanding of the game. I’ve been training young athletes since I was 15, working with kids ages 4–13 and helping them build skills, confidence, and genuine love for soccer. I’m also studying speech-language pathology, which strengthens my communication, patience, and ability to connect with children. I’m passionate, energetic, and committed to helping every young athlete reach their full potential.

I can help improve a young athlete’s game by focusing on both their technical skills and overall confidence. I break down fundamentals like first touch, passing, movement off the ball, and decision-making in ways that match their age and skill level. I also create fun, high-energy sessions that keep kids engaged while still challenging them to grow. Because I’ve played multiple positions and competed at a high level, I can teach the “why” behind the game, and not just the “how.” I’m patient, encouraging, and big on positive communication, helping athletes believe in themselves while pushing them to be their best. My goal is to build well-rounded players who feel confident, motivated, and excited to keep improving every time they step on the field.

A typical training session is tailored to each athlete, but it always starts with a warm-up that gets them moving and ready to focus. From there, we work on core technical skills like first touch, dribbling, passing, and shooting. Using drills that are challenging but fun because I’ve played multiple positions, I incorporate game-like scenarios to help players understand real decision-making on the field. I always listen closely to both the parents and the athlete about what they want to work on, and I combine that with my own professional judgment about what will help them improve most. Sessions end with positive reinforcement, confidence-building, and a quick review of what they did well and what we’ll focus on next time. My goal is to create a supportive, energetic environment that helps each player grow and enjoy the game even more. I am very flexible with times and they will be changing with my schedule of being at home or school!

You are a dedicated Division I student-athlete at La Salle University, maintaining a 3.93 GPA while pursuing a 5-year degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders with a minor in Public Health. With over six years of experience in youth soccer development, you have coached and trained players ages 4–13, applying your own high-level background as an All-State honoree, ECNL National Champion, and A-10 Women’s Soccer competitor. Your work experience spans private training, group coaching, babysitting, and serving as a social media ambassador for wellness-focused brands, reflecting your leadership, communication skills, and commitment to mental health advocacy. Through shadowing experiences in both pediatric and geriatric settings, you have gained meaningful exposure to the field of speech-language pathology, strengthening your passion for helping others find their voice. Altogether, your academic excellence, athletic achievements, coaching experience, and dedication to well-being highlight a driven and compassionate future SLP.

My best coach I ever had was my high school basketball coach. He wasn’t just a coach, he was a mentor, a guide, and someone who truly believed in me even when I doubted myself. On the court, he pushed me to reach new levels of skill and determination, but off the court, he taught me lessons that I carry with me every day: the importance of resilience, integrity, and believing in others. He had a way of inspiring not just through words, but through his unwavering dedication, his patience, and his genuine care for every player. His guidance shaped not only how I play the game, but who I am as a person. I’ve even written an essay on how he is a person who has impacted my life in so many ways. How his influence reaches far beyond basketball, touching every part of who I am. I’ll always be grateful for his belief in me, his encouragement, and the countless little moments that taught me what it truly means to lead with heart.

What athletes and parents should know about me is that I’m not just focused on skills and performance on the field. I care deeply about each athlete as a whole person about their growth not only as players, but as individuals. My approach is about more than drills and games; it’s about helping them develop confidence, resilience, and leadership, both on and off the field. I strive to create an environment where athletes feel supported, challenged, and encouraged to reach their full potential in every area of life. I believe that building character, teamwork, and a strong work ethic is just as important as improving athletic ability, and I’m committed to helping each athlete become the best version of themselves.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.

  • Good Fit Guarantee — If your first lesson isn't the right fit, we'll move your lesson credit to a new coach. No hassle.

  • Easy rescheduling — Cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before a lesson, no questions asked.

  • Coach no-shows — You'll be fully credited and we'll help you find a replacement.

  • Flexible credits — Unused lessons last 12 months and can be used with any coach on the platform.

AU was created by former college and pro athletes. We understand the benefits of training with a private coach. It develops discipline, boosts confidence, and provides an undeniable advantage - whether you are just learning the game or looking to earn a college scholarship. All AU coaches are required to pass a thorough onboarding process + background check, so you can trust you're training with the best.
