I have 6 years of experience as a college student athlete, at the NCCA level, in cross country and track and field. I believe in a full circle experience, and the impact on being inspired to inspire in return. A collaborative work is what has worked best for me and I would like to provide a unique experience that goes beyond the sport we love. I prioritize mental health as I believe it to be a core element of success. I like straight forward communication and I am highly available, I am an altruist and caring individual.

How can you help someone improve their game?
Communication is key to set up short and long term goals as well as address expectations and the big picture. A vision board for parents, athletes and coach would be implemented.
What does a typical training session look like?
A typical session includes: - checkin and talking about the daily or weekly mindset to adjust the workout if needed - warm up and specific drills - core workout - stretching and core - check-out to assess the mood and feelings post workout - communication on the next step and next session as well as communication with the parents
