Summary of Career and Accomplishments
As a high school track and field athlete, I was the 2004 class 3A 400 meter dash state champion as well as the anchor leg for the 2004 4x400 meter relay state championship team for the state of Alabama. I also ran track and field collegiately at Tuskegee University, competing in sprinting events, including the 100, 200, and 400 meter dashes.
As an assistant coach I coached my high schools boys 4x100 and 4x400 to a state championship in 2019.
Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
The best coach I ever had was my high school track Coach Sabrina Milligan. Coach Milligan was and still is a person who is very passionate about getting the best out of the individuals she coaches. Moreover, she is very loving and genuinely cares for her student/athletes. Coach Milligan knows how to get the best out of her athletes and makes you want to give your best effort in every activity
What should athletes and parents know about you?
I am very passionate about seeing young people excel in not only being the best athlete they can be, but also being the best person they can be. My goal is to not only challenge individuals to be better on the track but to be better at life.

Summary of Coaching Background
I spent time as a senior on Tuskegee University's track and field team coaching and offering advice to my teammates. After graduating college I went back to my high school as a volunteer assistant to help teach and grow young student athletes to be successful in track and field. My areas of expertise are the 100, 200, & 400 meter dashes, relays, starter blocks, turnover drills, and stretches.
How can you help someone improve their game?
I can help you improve your game by identifying your weaknesses and putting you through the right drills and giving you the right tools to turn those weaknesses into strengths. We'll also work to fine tune your areas of strength to turn you into an elite athlete.
What does a typical training session look like?
A typical training session targets the area that the athlete needs to focus on most. We will work on the fundamentals of track and field while building strength, speed and agility. I will push you to the limit to ensure you have the opportunity to reach your full potential.
