My current strength coach. He listens to my goals and tailors everything to my goals and needs. Also is very supportive at my competitions
What should athletes and parents know about you?
I will do my best to get you to where you want to be. Everything will be personal to you and not cookie cutter. I am always a phone call or text away and will typically always be able to help. I want to grow as a coach and continue learning while helping others with their own journeys
