I am devoted to becoming as knowledgeable as I can regardless of where I am at in my coaching career. I am taking the CSCS this December as I finish my Masters Degree at Liberty University. In this field it will never be enough to be content with baseline knowledge to develop athletes into becoming their best version. Not only enhancing their performance. but keeping them healthy is a priority. Along with having that science based knowledge. I am looking for athletes that have a genuine passion for their development and have the intention of taking their athletic career seriously. I love to have fun, and having an enjoyable process is everything, but I am looking to develop detail oriented/professional competitors. I have been blessed to have gained experience as an athlete at different levels of competition. I have seen what has worked with myself, and teammates to become better with training, preparation, and mental development. I aspire to pass as much information as I can onto younger athletes to help them get an edge on their competition, and help them develop with less strain on their bodies, and mind.

How I can help you improve your game:

I can help athletes improve their physical development whether that be speed, strength, agility, and/or vertical and horizontal jumping ability. I can also help athletes prepare for their transitions to high school or college sports by advising what they should look for to keep themselves healthy and properly developing throughout their career.

What a typical training session looks like with me:

A typical training session will consist of a 15-20 minute preparation phase. Including things like mobility, dynamic warmups, and breathing practices. Once the preparation phase is done the athlete will get into their work phase for the day. This may include resistance training, plyometrics, speed development, or whatever else the athlete has intentions of developing. Once the work phase is completed they will complete their cool down phase which may include static stretching, mobility, and/or breathing practices. These training sessions may vary from 45 minutes to 90 minutes. Training varies depending on time of year, goals, and previous experiences.

Best coach I ever had:

My best coach ever is Coach Marcus McLin. He now coaches at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater as the Co-Head Coach, and Defensive Coordinator. He was an All-American and won multiple national championships in his career at Wisconsin-Whitewater as well. He was my best coach because not only did he teach me technique, how to break down film, and how to be a real leader of men. He taught me the process of becoming a D.O.G., which I strive to apply to my life everyday in every area. He had a genuine concern for all his players outside of the game he coached us in. He supported us mentally and emotionally. Which was huge with the standard that was held in our program by him. He bred confidence in his players by developing habits that directly translate to our performance whether it was school, film study, or effort/technique in practice. I have not played for a coach that changed me as a person and player as much as he did, and I could not ever express what having a hard working, genuine coach did for me and my teammates. Also, he took our defense from being one of the worst in the conference to the best in nearly every category the conference tracked in 2022. He made 8 of his 11 starters either 1st or 2nd Team All Conference selections in one year.

What athletes and parents should know about me:

I would like all my athletes and parents know that I am passionate about developing athletes whether that be in the weight room or on the field/court. My main priority is getting them to a level where they can dominate their competition, but have the knowledge of what will set them up for success as they further their career. Things change as athletes go from middle school to high school, and high school to college. What separates athletes is always their mindset and preparation. I aspire all my athletes to have the confidence of knowing they are well prepared, and they have someone in their corner who will be devoted to enhancing their knowledge in any area of their sport. I have been blessed with the opportunity to meet and build relationships with coaches in a variety of sports and levels of competition from multiple Division 1 FBS Football Coaches, D2 Head Track and Field Coaches, and Division 1 FBS Strength and Conditioning Coaches. All who have mentored me physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.

Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.

Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!

We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.

Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.

The AU guarantee (refund policy) has you covered! If you determine the coach isn't a good fit after your first lesson, let us know within 24 hours and you're eligible for a refund. We will also be happy to recommend another coach - be sure to contact our support team.
