I help kids enhance their technical skills. Everyone wants their child to improve, but the manner they get there depends on how efficient they are. And avoid teaching terrible habits. So that when they progress to the next level, coaches will see them as someone they want to coach rather than a project.
Starting off the session the most important is warm up and strengthening during the warm up. Every like to think that they need a weight room for that not necessarily the case. I like to use resistance bands as a way of activating the body and hitting spots In the body that are “asleep”. We will work on technique and I will assess that the first work depending how old the athlete is. If they are in high school or late middle school technical training is needed. And I will reinforce the technique in the workouts. I’m a very visual person so I like to use video to show them how they look then I ask how they felt. I need the two to know how I should explain certain things to certain athletes cause not all athletes respond the same. Then after the workout we cool down and I leave the athlete with some core and balance side stuff that are great for general strength training after a workout.
I taught high school sprinters with my college coach for three years while still competing at Rutgers University. Then I went to Orlando and began coaching high school athletes at Windermere Prep last year as an assistant sprints and jumps director.
I had two outstanding teachers. The first was Riggi, my high school football coach, who taught me lessons that improved me as a person and a player. Even if I didn't see it in myself, he saw more, thus he wanted more. Additionally, I received guidance and greater education from my collegiate coach, Farrell at Rutgers University, who helped me grow as an athlete and improve both intellectually and physically. enhanced my overall athletic ability and contributed to my collegiate achievement.
I will never be anything other than a tool for you and your child during the session. I want to mentor athletes to ensure they are decent individuals outside of athletics. I'm here to help them become better athletes, but I'm also here to help them become better people and to provide an alternative voice to mom and dad in preparing them for life in this harsh world. In this aspect, I feel sports provide a real-time reflection of the real world.

Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
