Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
I've been blessed with the opportunity to have multiple amazing coaches and trainers , each with their own niche. Some were great at teaching me techniques while others were great at showing me that work ethic and character were just as important as having skill. Over the years I've taken their lessons on my journey to be the best trainer and coach i possibly can with the understanding that growth comes with each new athlete I train.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
I would like athletes and parents to know i don't chase numbers. My focus when training will never be about numbers. I focus on how you feel... Do you feel faster? Do you feel stronger? Do you understand the game better? Do you feel your IQ/technique have improved? Do you feel more confident when you step on the field? court? track? With the proper training the numbers will follow (you will get faster, stronger, quicker, more explosive) but the numbers won't matter if you aren't willing to put in the work.
in my humble opinion, these are the true measurables. My goal is to help you be in the best position possible to reach the next level whether that is going from JV to Varsity, going from Jr. High to High School or going from High School to College.

How can you help someone improve their game?
The ultimate goal is to always ensure my athletes leave with more than what they came with. I will not only ensure my athletes improve their performance but also ensure they understand HOW we are going to improve. I explain every movement, every technique and every plan in effort to provide clarity in how what we do in training will translate to improvements in their respective sport.
What does a typical training session look like?
My training sessions vary depending on the location and sport. Each session will last 1 - 2 hours. Willing to travel within Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Avon, Speedway and other surrounding areas.
