Focus on the basics I am a former college D1 lacrosse player. I spent a year while getting my masters helping coach D1 college. As a player I was all about the details, skills, and lacrosse IQ. From my experience in the sport I still know many current head coaches in the sport. I can offer support with college searching and coach communication.

Who is the best coach you ever had and why?

My favorite coach was at Wagner college my Senior year. There is really something important about a player feeling seen and having someone there to provide a boost you need to feel confident on the field.

What should athletes and parents know about you?

I am very detail oriented. I prided myself on being a reliable player with the ball in my hands. I worked very hard on the little things and understanding the game.
