As a former athlete, I understand that training with your team and coaches can give you a jumpstart. However, having individual coaching, teaching, and attention can give you an overall advantage over your peers. One-on-one individual coaching allows an athlete to become more focused and provides the opportunity to improve as an athlete in your sport. With 16 plus years of competitive and collegiate track experience, as well as 7 years as a member of the military, Adrian maintains an arsenal of knowledge that will be offered to you as an athlete to harden your mind and get you to the next level.

I can help someone improve their game by enhancing their skills at the lowest level and developing those skills. Also, being able to help an athlete become mentally strong and build resiliency to stay focus and engaged with their task and goals of achievement.
A typical training session would look like;
Warm-up (full body to include proper form, drills, and other mobility movement) (drills depending on sport)
Workout - If sprints - (start with ploys, then resistant, then into sprints (various meters))
if gym - ( Depending on what phase we are in, will depend on how much weight the athlete lifts and what exercises)
if athletics is injured - ( will still get a full warm up to their ability, then we will work on strengthening all areas around to include that injury)
Cool down - (ALWAYS, 50-100 abs, stretching for 15-20 mins depending on how heavy the workload is).
I started off as a volunteer coach after college with my sprint coach. When I joined the Military I became passionate about coaching and helping individuals. I started to attend all the fitness classes that were offered and became more efficient with coaching and learning. With the little time I had, I volunteered to coach youth flag football and youth baseball with speed and agility. Then, I went on and got certified as a strength and conditioning coach, so I can broaden my coaching skills.
The best coach I ever had was my high school coach Nicola.M. She was more than just a coach, Nicola.M helped me developed as a young man, and taught me the in's and out's of coaching. Nicola.M was an Ncaa champion for 4 years in a row and an Olympian. She gave me the tools I needed to move on as I went on to college. Nicola.M was teaching me when I didn't know she was. She had a great impact on my life and athletic ability to do more with myself.
I think that athletes and parents should know about me, because I take coaching seriously. If a parent is taking their time to bring their child or children for me to coach, I should give them everything I got, to get their kid or kids to the next level.

If you’re looking to message a coach for the first time, go to their profile and click “Send a Message”. A type box will show, where you can enter and send your message. To follow up with a coach you've already contacted, log into your account and find the 'Inbox' tab. You'll see your message history and be able to send another note.
Once you find a coach that fits your needs, go to their profile, select the package you'd like to purchase, and click 'Book Lessons'. Here, you can reserve your desired number of lessons along with the number of athletes who will be training. After sessions are booked, coordinate the dates/times for each session on your calendar - using the calendar is important since this is how your coach will get paid.
Paying AU coaches via cash, Venmo, or any 3rd party is strictly prohibited. AU coaches know this, but their partnership with us is to split all bookings 80/20 - so coaches keep 80%. We use our 20% to help them find clients & manage their business. Without the split, we wouldn't be able to help our coaches & community thrive!
We integrate with Stripe - the largest & most secure payment processor in the US - to facilitate bookings. Paying online is required, and it simplifies the process for our coaches since it helps track their schedule & earnings in one place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Each coach typically has at least one preferred training location. You can see the location(s) by going to your coach's profile and finding the 'Training Locations' section. If a coach doesn't have locations listed here, you can message the coach to see where they train. Some coaches are willing to travel to clients for lessons, or even meet halfway.
Each coach sets their own schedule for training. You can see a coach's general availability by going to their profile and finding the 'Availability' section - it will list the days and times. If a coach doesn't post their availability, or if your preferred coach doesn't have your desired times available but you want to double check, message them to see if they can work with your schedule.
The AU guarantee (refund policy) has you covered! If you determine the coach isn't a good fit after your first lesson, let us know within 24 hours and you're eligible for a refund. We will also be happy to recommend another coach - be sure to contact our support team.
Our coaches are open to helping athletes of any age and skill level. Please message your desired coach to ensure their skillset fits your needs.
