Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
Gene Papalanus, ex minor league Yankee catcher. Loved the game and loved coaching! was inspirational and very knowledgeable about every aspect of the game of baseball.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
I am a dad and a granddad with one still in HS playing football. I love teaching young athletes the why behind the what. Seeing these athletes exceed their goals is why I do this and expect those results for all of my clients!

I have coached football, baseball and basketball in the past. Those days are over for me but my passion for helping athletes excel on the field or court is higher than ever!
How can you help someone improve their game?
I have extensive knowledge and experience when it comes to helping athletes. I have a background in physical therapy as well as a BS in Exercise Physiology, whish includes, human movement(Kinesiology), sports nutrition and supplementation, corrective exercise, breathwork, mobility and flexibility.
What does a typical training session look like?
All Sessions are 45 minutes in length.. Yes short but we get right to it. Sessions can and will extend beyond the 45 minutes. Warm-up, then it all depends on the client. Fitness will take a different approach from athletes when it comes to strength training. Athletes who are working speed, agility or change of direction will be treated differently as well. All actions will strictly adhere to the clients goals!
