I believe that my way of giving back to others now is to help shape the life of younger individuals through coaching.

Summary of Career and Accomplishments
I played soccer for all of primary school, high school, and college. I became a captain of my league team and represented my country, Sierra Leone, all the way through U23. I'm left footed and hold a high knowledge of the game from my lifetime of experience.
Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
My best coach was the former Sierra Leone national team coach John keister, His passion and knowledge for the game was unbeatable and his care for the players was of the highest level. He was a personal mentor to me as well.
What should athletes and parents know about you?
I have a deep love for the game and I want the best for the new generations coming up. I believe that coaching is my calling. I'm very compassionate and love working with the kids and enjoy trying to bring the best out of them so that they have skills for the game and for life.

Summary of Coaching Background
I have worked with kids and adults, iI have worked with soccer shots in two different Staes, and I'm currently the assistant coach for our community team which just came back from California for a soccer tournament which we won, and I'm on the verge of getting my C license.
How can you help someone improve their game?
By having a meeting with the player and the parent, and then create a personalized plan to make sure the player get everything they need along the way.
What does a typical training session look like?
A typical day will include warm up, main part, and final part. each session has a theme base on the player's position. However, WARM UP: design to prepare the body for the day, warn ups includes dynamic stretches ad agility drills and the move to PHYSICAL CONDITIONING: this includes strength training ad cardio exercises to help build endurance and agility and the last part is DRILLS: this my include technical passing drills, shooting drills and technical work and end the session with a cool down.
