Athletic Background

Summary of Career and Accomplishments
As the first French player to compete at the NCAA Division II level, I have achieved a historic milestone in baseball. I am a 5-year college starter with extensive experience, earning a bronze medal at the U23 European Championship as a member of the French national team.
Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
The best coach I’ve ever had is Shawn Bowman, a Canadian coach who reached the Triple-A level and played for Team Canada. He coached me when I was 16 years old and was the first to truly teach me how to maximize my power, become a lockdown defender, and play with unwavering confidence. What set him apart was his ability to build strong, trusting relationships with his players, ensuring that everyone valued and believed in his advice. His impact on my development as a player and a person was tremendous.

What does a typical training session look like?
A typical training session begins with a dynamic warm-up that includes mobility exercises to prepare the body for performance. Afterward, we transition into a 15-minute throwing session paired with infield drills to build rhythm and refine fundamentals. This leads into taking ground balls while maintaining a competitive edge by incorporating challenges or situational drills that add energy and focus. For hitting, the session starts with foundational one-handed swings to fine-tune mechanics, followed by tee work to focus on consistency and control. We then progress to front toss and batting practice, incorporating competitive elements to simulate game-like pressure and keep players engaged. The goal is to create an environment that sharpens skills while fostering focus and resilience under pressure.
