University of Illinois Defensive Back Captain
Who is the best coach you ever had and why?
The best coach I ever had was my position coach, Tim Banks, who is now the defensive coordinator for Tennessee. Coach Banks didn’t just teach the game at an elite level—he provided me with tools and lessons that have helped me thrive far beyond the field
What should athletes and parents know about you?
I want every athlete I train to walk away knowing that Coach Vontay believed in them even when they doubted themselves. With me, giving up isn’t an option—because it’s not just about avoiding failure; it’s about pushing past limits and putting your absolute best foot forward every single time.
